The Thunder Bolt was manufactured by Chance Rides of Wichita, Kansas and requires two semi trailers for transport.  As the ride turns, the free swinging tubs sway in and out as they rise and fall through the hills and valleys.  At night, the Thunder Bolt illuminates with a fully computerized light show.
