The Wind Shear was built by Fabbri of Italy and is one of the newest flipping thrills on the midway.   Riders are securely strapped into the giant rotating gondola with the use of over-the-shoulder restraints.  As the rides giant arms lift the gondola into the air, the gondola begins to rotate, flipping passengers upside down!
